Refund and Cancellation Policy – Tamraght Surf House

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

Cancellation by the Guest

More than 90 days before arrival: Full refund.

30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total Deposit amount.

Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.

No-Show or Early Departure

In case of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued.

Modification of Booking

Date changes are possible up to 15 days before arrival, depending on availability.

No extra charge for rescheduling if new dates fall within the same season.

If rescheduled to a higher-priced season, the difference will be charged.

Force Majeure

In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we offer a flexible rebooking option or a voucher valid for 12 months.

Medical Emergencies / Surf Accidents

In the event of a surf-related accident or injury that prevents a guest from continuing with the surf program or their stay, we will offer a partial refund or credit for the unused portion of the booking.

A medical certificate or proof of injury may be required to process the refund or credit.

Refunds or credits will be calculated based on the remaining number of days not used in the stay or activity.

Refunds do not apply for days partially used (e.g., if you surfed part of the day before the accident).

Cancellation by Guest Before Arrival (Due to Injury or Flight missing )

If you are injured before your trip or you miss your flight and can no longer travel, no refund will be issued.

Travel Insurance Requirement

We highly recommend all guests obtain travel insurance that covers sports injuries, medical expenses, and trip interruptions, as we are not responsible for costs related to hospital visits or treatment.
